Last week's arrests and incidents as released by the Secaucus police.

On 08/12/2019 at 1:58 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 35 year old female, Jamie Najjar of Union City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Ms. Najjar was issued her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 5 additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 08/12/2019 at 7:05 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 27 year old male, Eric Matarazzo of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. Mr. Matarazzo was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was transported to the Jersey City Police Department.

On 08/14/2019 at 12:49 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of Centre Ave and 7th Street on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 21 year old male, Johnathan Liriano of Passaic, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Liriano was issued his motor vehicle summonses for Driving While Intoxicated along with 2 additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 08/14/2019 at 9:10 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 57 year old male, Timothy Williams of Secaucus, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. Mr. Williams was issued his complaint summons along with 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 08/16/2019 at 3:45 PM, Secaucus Police observed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the Raymour and Flanagan located at 150 Harmon Meadow Boulevard. During the investigation, the police arrested a 49 year old male, Rich Russell of Chicago, IL for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A]. Mr. Russell was served his complaint summons along with 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 08/16/2019 at 5:08 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Bergen County Jail to take custody of a 29 year old male, Robert Glodek of Linden, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $100.00. Mr. Glodek was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 08/18/2019 at 2:01 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, the Secaucus Police arrested a 28 year old male, Diamond Britton of Jersey City, NJ for 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $1,400.00. Mr. Britton was able to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 08/18/2019 at 10:20 PM, after being involved in a motor vehicle crash, the Secaucus Police arrested a 49 year old male, James Loch of Nutley, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Loch was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 4 additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
