Meet us at the Jersey side of GWB for a 200km route. We would like this to be a fast ride and challenging ride, so come prepared!
Black Sheep has been championing Men’s Mental Health since 2016. This focus is not because mental illness doesn't impact women - far from it. Rather, it stems from understanding that causation, intervention, and prevention strategies can be gender-specific.
This year's Man Ride - MR23 - is set for October 7th. It will be hosted in 20+ locations around the world and all about “Going the distance for men’s mental health” - a combination of mass participation and smaller satellite rides. The distance for everyone will be a challenge - but that is what this whole event is about; overcoming adversity.
Join Kevin and Tom to ride 200km.
• 8:00am meeting at the Jersey side of the GWB
• 200km total ride, plan for 5-6 hours of riding (happy to do it faster)
• Two Stops: One stop at mile 46 and one stop at mile 84

Organized by Amazing Feet Beginning Runners Group and Social Club!! |
Inviting all beginner runners to come together this Saturday. Amazing Feet is a Running and Walking group. We typically have a large group each Saturday. There are runners and walkers of all paces from absolute beginners to marathoners.
As a beginning runner, you may consider running a short distance, and then walking a short distance. Alternating between the two until you feel more comfortable. You will not be alone. There are many people just starting out
This is a very social, supportive group. Our whole group is rooting for each other to achieve the goals we set for ourselves. Sometime just showing up is achievement of a goal! We understand that.
The goal is to have you enjoy yourself and begin to get into the sport. You do not have to ever have been a runner. Please don't worry if not many accept this invite, Amazing Feet has many participants. You will not be alone.
