Thomas Visaggio began his real estate journey by purchasing 1-4 family properties in Newark, NJ. As he gained experience, he quickly expanded into other areas of Essex and Passaic Counties, eventually acquiring a 12-unit building in Passaic, NJ. Managing a growing portfolio made him realize the need for efficient systems and streamlined operations, leading to the creation of Viza Property Management.

After implementing strong management processes and hiring a dedicated team, Thomas recognized that Viza could handle significantly more volume than just his own portfolio. He expanded operations to offer property management services to third-party owners. Today, Viza Property Management oversees more than 200 units across New Jersey, spanning Camden County in the south to Passaic County in the north. The portfolio includes a diverse mix of residential apartments, commercial spaces, and HOA associations.

In addition to property management, Thomas remains an active investor, structuring real estate syndications and managing all properties he acquires internally. He is currently involved in an exciting redevelopment project, converting a former high school into 15 residential apartments.
