Halloween Party

Wear your costume and come to the Reid Branch Halloween Party, pick up some treats, make some crafts, decorate a Halloween cookie, and take your picture at our Photo Scene!
Photographs and/or video may be taken at this event. By taking part in this event you grant the library full rights to use the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes.
