R&B Yoga Classes at Alter Ego Pole Fitness

Join us for a unique and invigorating experience at Alter Ego Pole Fitness! The R&B Yoga Classes combine the soulful beats of R&B music with the tranquility and mindfulness of yoga. This in-person class will take place on every Sunday, from 7:00pm-8:00pm (Eastern Standard Time).

Each Sunday has an alternating schedule between Yin Yoga and Tantra Yoga Flow styles. So, whether you're a yoga enthusiast, dancer needing more flexibility training, or someone who wants to incorporate more self care in your practice, these classes are for you. Can't wait to see you there <3
