**9:00AM Basic Level: basic swimming skills, breathing control, floating, treading water, dipping head under water, leg kicks, strokes, and breaking/overcoming fear of water.**
**9:30 AM Intermediate Level: enhancing of basic swimming skills, freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke, and leg kick practice, breathing techniques. The aim is to transition to a more efficient stroke using advanced stroke drills. This level also focuses on developing basic endurance and safety skills to swim further distances.**
**10:00 AM Advanced Level: continued improvement of swimming techniques, freestyle, backstroke, butterfly and breaststroke, improving level of swimmer skills, breathing, turns etc.**
**9:00AM -10AM Adult Lessons: For beginning swimmers. See “basic” description above.**
**There is limit of 5 students per class instructor and maximum of 15 students per level.**
